USEFUL NOTES
1. No dogs or other animals are allowed on the site.
We reserve the right to refuse entry and to keep your deposit.
2. It is important that when you call the Ranch
you leave a complete message i.e., your name, the date(s) you would
like to reserve and the number of people. We will call you within
24 hours.
3. We do not offer any meals but a well equipped
kitchen is at your disposal. You can use the glasses, utensils,
pots and pans, refrigerators….We ask that you wash, wipe and
tidy the area after use.
4. The external BBQ runs on wood. You are responsible
to start fire but everything necessary will be provided by the Ranch.
You just have to ask!
5. Cleaning rooms is not offered every day and you
must ask for it at the time of your reservation. The check in is
at 1:00 PM and the check out 11:00 AM
6. The spa and sauna are at your disposal.
We suggest you take a beach towel. The sauna runs on wood that is
stored beside the sauna. The clients are responsible to start the
sauna at an appropriate time to benefit from this relaxation. It
takes 30 minutes to reach a pleasant temperature.

Q: Do I already need to know how to
ride a horse in order to go on an excursion at Ranch Mont-Tremblant?
A: No,
the basic principles will be explained to you prior to your first
outing.
Q: Can I
come and use your trails with my own horse?
A: Yes,
however the Ranch will supply you with a guide for your own safety.
Q: I learned to ride using an English
saddle. Is this likely to pose a problem?
A: No,
it’s even easier with a western saddle.
Q: What
type of horseback-riding excursions do you organize? Walking; trotting;
galloping?
A: All
three types are available, depending on your experience.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Long
pants, a windbreaker, boots with heels. In winter, a tuque, gloves
and snowpants are needed. And don’t forget your camera!
Q: What happens if I forget to bring
something?
A: Clothing
and boots suitable for horseback riding are available on the site
for free.
Q: Can I bring my pet along?
A: No,
in order to ensure the safety of both horses and guests, it is not
possible to bring any pets to the Ranch.
Q: Can I
bring alcoholic drinks with me?

allowed to come and ride?
A: Children
aged 9 and over can take part in excursions on horseback. Children
have to be 14 or over if they wish to take part in the cattle drive.
